Ordering
How do I place an order?
Order directly through our online store, or contact us for a quote if your job is custom. Once you order, upload your artwork with the order or email it to us and we will match it to your job.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes. Send us the details — product, size, quantity, stock and finish — and we will quote it. If you are unsure of the specifications, call us and we will work it out with you.
Do you print small quantities?
Yes. Quantities vary by product, and each product page shows the options available for that item.
Artwork and files
What file format should I send?
Print-ready PDF is preferred. We also accept common image formats. Set your artwork up at the finished size with bleed, and use CMYK for colour work.
What if I do not have artwork?
We can create it. Gem Prints is part of Gem Creatives Inc., which handles graphic design and branding in-house — tell us what you need and we will quote the design alongside the print.
Will I see a proof?
Ask for a proof when you place your order and we will send one before we print. Turnaround time starts once you approve it.
Turnaround and delivery
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Rush turnaround is 2–3 business days. Timing starts after artwork approval, and some specialty products take longer — we confirm the schedule for your job when you order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is at 6645 Tomken Rd, Unit 3, Mississauga, during our opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 12:00pm–4:00pm, closed Sunday.
Do you ship?
Yes. Shipping options and cost are shown at checkout based on your address.

What do you print?
Business cards, real estate signage, flyers, brochures, booklets, door hangers, postcards, vinyl and retractable banners, posters, labels, stickers, packaging, letterhead, envelopes, NCR forms, wedding and event printing, DTF sheets, UV DTF gang sheets and sublimation.
Do you do real estate signage?
Yes — for-sale signs, lawn and directional signs, open house signs, riders and real estate flyers, plus packages for agents.
Do you make trade show displays?
Yes. Retractable banners, table covers and trade show packages are available in our store.
Payment
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal, which also processes credit and debit cards. We never see or store your full card number.
