Bronze – $399. One listing at a time. A for sale sign, a SOLD rider, five open house signs and a card refresh.
Silver – $699. Two listings running together, plus 500 door hangers for working a neighbourhood.
Gold – $1,199. Three listings, and postcards added for a mail drop.
Platinum – $1,999. A team, or a heavy listing year: six for sale signs, twelve open house signs, and a thousand each of door hangers and postcards.
You do not have to take a package. Everything in them is sold on its own too — for sale signs from $65, open house signs from $85, riders from $15, lawn and directional signs from $22.50 and business cards. Already have signs that are still sound? Sign refacing starts at $40.
