Real estate signage for GTA agents, printed and finished in Mississauga. Everything you need to list a property is here: for sale signs, lawn and directional signs, open house signs, riders, sign posts and feature sheets.
Riders start at $15, lawn and directional signs at $22.50, for sale signs at $65 and open house signs at $85, with sign posts at $75. Already have signs that still have life in them? Sign refacing starts at $40, which is usually cheaper than replacing the whole unit when you rebrand or change brokerages.
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. If a listing goes live sooner than expected, rush service gets it done in 2–3 business days. We ship Canada-wide.
Doing volume, or need a full listing kit? Our real estate packages bundle signs, cards and flyers together, from $399. Call (905) 795-8778 and we’ll put together what suits your listings.
Everything an agent puts on a listing: for sale signs on 10mm coroplast in five sizes from 24×32 to 32×48, riders in 24×6 and 32×6, open house signs on 10mm PVC in 18×24 and 24×32, lawn and directional signs on 4mm coroplast with the H-wire stake included, sign posts, closing key signs, refacing panels for existing signs, and real estate flyers. Agents who want it all in one order can choose a realtor marketing package from $399.
Among the Canadian sign vendors we reviewed in September 2026, the most commonly listed for-sale panels were 24×36 and 32×36 (6 of 8 vendors), then 24×32 (5 of 8) and 32×48 (4 of 8). For riders, 32×6 was listed by every Canadian vendor that sells them and 24×6 by most. We carry all of these. US sizing is different, with 18×24 panels and 6×24 riders being common there, so US size guides do not translate directly to Ontario listings.
Yes. As of September 2026, Mississauga Sign By-law 0054-2002 and Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 693 both cap a real estate sign face at 1 square metre on residential property, and Brampton By-law 399-2002 sets the same 1 square metre limit with a 1.5 metre height cap. Our largest for-sale panel, 32×48, is 0.99 square metres. By-laws change and enforcement is local, so confirm with your municipality before installing. This is general information, not legal advice.
Yes, when the widths match. Use a 24×6 rider with a 24×32 or 24×36 panel, and a 32×6 rider with a 32×36, 32×42 or 32×48 panel. Both are 10mm coroplast, the same material as the panels.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days and rush is 2 to 3 business days. Timing starts once your artwork is approved. A proof is available on request before anything is printed.
