What size should a for sale sign be?
We stock five sizes, from 24″ x 32″ up to 32″ x 48″. The 32″ x 42″ is the size that goes into our realtor packages, and it is the one most GTA agents order. Check your brokerage’s sign standards before you decide — some specify a size.
Are the signs printed on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided full colour is standard, so the sign reads from both directions of traffic.
Can I order more than five?
Online orders go up to five. For a brokerage or team run, call (905) 795-8778 and we will quote it.
How quickly can I get one?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from artwork approval. If the listing goes live sooner, rush service gets it done in 2–3 business days.
I am changing brokerages. Do I need all new signs?
Not always. Sign refacing starts at $40 and is usually cheaper than replacing a sign that is still structurally sound.
A for sale sign rarely goes out alone. Add a SOLD or status rider from $15, open house signs from $85, lawn and directional arrows from $22.50, or a sign post from $75.
