Real estate lawn signs and directional arrow signs for GTA agents, printed and finished at our Mississauga shop. It is the same sign doing two jobs: stake one on the lawn to mark the listing, or run a set of arrows down the side streets to walk buyers in to an open house.
Supply a two-page PDF at 100% scale, CMYK, 100–150 dpi minimum. Page 1 is the arrow pointing left and page 2 the arrow pointing right. Printed back to back that way, both faces point the same direction, so nobody gets sent the wrong way down the street.

What size should a real estate lawn sign be?
Our stock sizes are 24″ x 18″ and 24″ x 16″. Both read clearly from a moving car, which is the only test that really matters.
Are the signs printed on both sides?
Yes. Full colour on both faces, at no extra charge.
Do I need to buy a stake separately?
No. A standard H-wire comes with every sign.
What is the difference between a lawn sign and a directional sign?
Only the artwork. A lawn sign carries your listing details and sits on the property; a directional sign carries an arrow and sits at the corner. Same stock, same size, same price.
