What size open house sign should I get?
18″ x 24″ is the standard and the size that goes into our realtor packages. Go up to 24″ x 32″ if the sign has to be read from a busier road.
Should I add lamination?
If the signs go out once and come straight back in, you can skip it. If they are living in your car through a GTA winter and getting set down on wet grass most weekends, lamination is worth it.
How many do I need for one open house?
Most agents run one at the property and three to five on the approach corners. Our packages include five to twelve depending on the tier.
Can you fix up my old signs instead?
Yes. Sign refacing starts at $40 — a good option when the frame is fine but your details or brokerage have changed.
How fast can I get them?
Standard is 5–7 business days from artwork approval; rush is 2–3 business days.
