Custom real estate sign riders, printed in Mississauga. The small strip that bolts to the top or bottom of your for sale sign and does the actual talking — SOLD, Open House Sunday, Coming Soon, your name, your number.
Which size do I need?
Match the width of your sign. A 32″ wide for sale sign takes the 32″ x 6″ rider; a 24″ wide sign takes the 24″ x 6″. The 32″ x 6″ is the one included in our realtor packages.
What do agents usually put on a rider?
SOLD is the most ordered. After that: Open House, Coming Soon, Price Reduced, and name-and-number riders. You can order a set and swap them as the listing moves.
Why order riders instead of reprinting the sign?
Because the sign does not change — the status does. At $15 a rider against $65 for a new for sale sign, keeping a small stack of riders is the cheaper way to run several listings.
How fast can I get one?
5–7 business days standard, 2–3 with rush service. Riders are small, so they are usually the quickest thing we turn around.
For sale signs from $65, open house signs from $85, lawn and directional signs from $22.50, and sign posts from $75. Doing volume? The realtor packages bundle riders in from $399.
